На МВМС представили корабельную систему объемного пожаротушения

В рамках выставочной экспозиции XI Международного военно-морского салона (МВМС-2023) машиностроительный завод "Армалит" продемонстрировал корабельную систему объемного пожаротушения (КСОП). Об этом сообщает корреспондент Sudostroenie.info с места события.

Система была изготовлена на производстве АО "Армалит", а ее разработчиком выступило Санкт-Петербургское морское бюро машиностроения "Малахит" (входит в состав "Объединенной судостроительной корпорации", ОСК).

Как сообщил представ representative from "Armalit" to Sudostroenie.info, the KSOП is designed for extinguishing fires in internal compartments at any stage of their development. The extinguishing agent used is non-toxic halon 227ca, which is delivered into the emergency space by displacing air. Among other features, the system includes specialized manual fittings and remotely controlled fittings with position signaling nodes.

Currently, the KSOП is supplied for military contracts, and licensing is underway for its use in civilian applications.

For reference, AО "Armalit" has been a supplier of fittings for KSOП units since 2014. In 2021, a fire suppression system section was established at the engineering plant.
